We're partnering with a rapidly growing, private equity backed D2C digital business that is significantly expanding its digital marketing team.
Working within a genuine test and learn culture, you'll take ownership of paid social campaigns, influence customer acquisition strategy and play a key role in the next phase of the company's growth.
The role focuses on paid social activity across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok and You Tube, helping to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok and You Tube.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance, including CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion rates.
- Develop audience targeting, prospecting and retargeting strategies.
- Test creative, messaging and campaign structures to continually improve performance.
- Work closely with the creative and wider marketing teams to maximise customer acquisition.
You'll ideally have
- 2-5 years' hands on experience managing paid social campaigns within a D2C, ecommerce, lead generation or agency environment.
- Experience managing significant paid media budgets and delivering measurable commercial growth.
- Strong experience across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Tik Tok and/or You Tube Ads.
- A proven track record of improving campaign performance through testing, optimisation and data driven decision making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into commercial insights.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for testing, learning and continuous improvement.
