HRG is partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed D2C business to recruit a skilled Paid Social specialist.

You will own campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok and You Tube, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth in a test-and-learn culture.

Based in Banbury with hybrid working (2 days per week in the office), you will plan, launch and optimise ads, analyse performance metrics and collaborate with creative teams to maximise results.
