This role will require one day a week in the office. We are supporting a high growth D2C healthcare scale up at a pivotal point in its growth. Operating in a regulated environment and serving a large UK customer base, the business is investing heavily in product, data, and technology to improve access to treatment and drive sustainable growth.
As Digital Trading Manager, you will own the end to end transactional experience across the digital platform. This is a commercially focused role with responsibility for conversion rate optimisation, on site search, merchandising, pricing experimentation, consultation flows, A/B testing, and medication reordering. Your remit is to identify friction, test improvements, and drive measurable gains in conversion and revenue.
Working cross functionally with engineering, marketing, category, and customer service teams, you will balance user experience with commercial outcomes, operating in a fast paced, performance driven environment. You will establish testing frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting, and contribute to a strong test and learn culture across the business. The role includes line management responsibility and collaboration with external consultants.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in growth product management, ecommerce optimisation, CRO, or a similar role
- Strong track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rates and revenue
- Deep experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and data driven decision making
- Experience optimising on site search, merchandising, pricing, and user journeys
- Strong analytical capability using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely or similar
- Confident stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration
- Experience within healthcare, digital health, pharmacy, or other regulated environments is beneficial but not essential.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a core revenue engine within a scaling healthcare business and make a tangible impact on both customer outcomes and commercial performance.
