Anchor is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in a children's home across Bristol, Bath and Hampshire. You will deputise in the manager's absence, lead the staff team, and drive safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
You'll work toward Level 5 Diploma, supervise staff, manage onboarding and performance, and maintain a Good/Outstanding Ofsted rating. A full UK driving licence and DBS checks are required.
