Anchor is seeking an experienced, resilient Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in a children's home across Bristol, Bath, and Hampshire. You will deputise in the manager's absence, lead and develop staff, and act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to help the home achieve a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.
This role is ideal for a Senior Residential Support Worker or Team Leader moving into management, with a supportive, therapeutic environment and clear career progression.
