Role Description

We are seeking a full-time HR Consultant to join our team on a hybrid basis from our offices in Goring. In this role, you will provide advice and support to clients on HR-related issues, create and update bespoke documentation, assist in recruitment processes, and conduct HR audits. You will also facilitate conflict resolution, manage change initiatives, and deliver tailored solutions to ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices. Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their specific business needs will be an essential aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in HR Consultancy, including conflict resolution, change management, and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in HR policy creation, contracts of employment, handbooks, and other bespoke documentation.
  • Experience with recruitment processes, including the use of GDPR-compliant applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for conducting HR audits, salary surveys, and providing improvement recommendations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law and its practical application for ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in HR Information Systems and management information tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and facilitate client-focused, customised HR solutions.
