Description

This position is operational and also includes responsibility for supervision of the day-to-day activities of the Landfill Group which implement domestic and where necessary, industrial and litter waste disposal collection by the operation of disposal collection vehicles and other duties as rostered as part of the Waste Section.

The position also has a strong compliance focus, including compliance with EPA legislation and guidelines.

Skills And Experiences

You will have broad waste management knowledge/experience and knowledge and understanding of EPA guidelines and waste management practices. A current driver's licence and plant operation licences/certification are also required. First aid skills are valued.
