About the Role
This position is best characterised as a working leading hand who undertakes advanced grader operation while providing day-to-day operational supervision of a small road maintenance crew. Authority is operational and localised, with accountability for broader work programming, personnel management and resource management remaining with the Team Leader Road Program.

Skills And Experiences
About You
The successful applicant will have Civil Construction Certification (Certificate II-III preferred), grader operation (final trim) and road maintenance experience. Knowledge and understanding of municipal works implementation and supervision practices is desirable.
