About the Role
This role will deliver projects following the Grass Flat Fire on 9th January 2026 that impacted the Natimuk, Quantong and surrounding communities. The role will be responsible for the coordination, planning and management of a range of projects that will support the community. Key emphasis will be on the engagement and communication aspects of project management and will be required to develop strong relationships with other agencies that will provide funding for these projects.

About You
You are practical, approachable and able to build strong working relationships across the community, local businesses and service providers.
You communicate clearly, use sound judgement and support people to navigate recovery at their own pace.
Completion of a relevant degree or diploma course in project management or community development OR experience in a relevant field (5+ years) in project management, community development, recovery projects.
A current Victorian Driver's licence is also required.
