The HTH is a vibrant venue and home to the Performing Arts Centre, Horsham Regional Art Gallery and Visitor Services.

Being home to Visitor Services the Venue showcases all the experiences our region has to offer to locals and visitors alike, along with local produce and local art goods for purchase for those looking for memories of our beautiful region.
About the Role
This role will efficiently and effectively undertake front of house functions, including financial and administrative support. The role will also assist with aspects of visitor service provision, including handling produce sales, box office sales, requests/enquiries and provide administrative support for the operations of the Facility.

Skills And Experiences
About You
You will have demonstrated experience in working in a customer service environment including merchandising, stock control, sales, wholesale ordering, EFTPOS and cash handling. The ability to convey a professional image of the Horsham Town Hall (HTH) Venue and Council, to the public and external colleagues is essential.
Please note that rostered hours are variable and availability to work flexible hours including after-hours, weekdays and some weekends is essential.
