Legal Recruitment Consultant – Employment Solicitor

You will join a busy, high‑quality employment law team and manage a full caseload of contentious and non‑contentious employment matters. You will provide commercially‑oriented advice to both employer and employee clients, lead and progress matters from instruction through to resolution or litigation, and contribute to the development and growth of the team and the wider firm.

Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years post‑qualified experience, a proven track record of independently managing a caseload, be admitted as a Solicitor in the UK, and hold a current and unrestricted practising certificate. Salary will be dependant on experience, and the firm offers flexibility and a great work/life balance.
