Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for your next move with a progressive and highly regarded Scottish law firm?
Our client is seeking a talented Solicitor, Senior Solicitor or Associate to join its established and busy Residential Property team in Edinburgh.

You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, acting for a broad range of clients including individuals, families, investors and high‑net‑worth clients.
Responsibilities will include
- Managing a full range of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title.
- Providing practical, commercially focused advice to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Liaising with lenders, estate agents and other third parties.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
- Contributing to business development and networking activities.
Applicants will ideally be at the senior solicitor or associate level, must have at least two years PQE and must have a solid residential property background.
You will have excellent client care and communication skills.
Salary will be dependant on experience and there is a benefits package and flexible working.
