  • Act as a visible presence within the production environment, supporting teams to achieve consistent quality and first-time-right results.
  • Review quality performance data, identify areas for improvement, and support investigations into defects and recurring issues.
  • Complete quality inspections, audits, and compliance checks to ensure processes remain controlled and effective.
  • Partner with production teams to drive improvements that reduce waste, minimise rework, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Support manufacturing changes, trials, and new product activities by assessing potential quality risks and ensuring controls are in place.
  • Promote good quality practices across the workforce through guidance, support, and effective communication.
  • Share quality updates, improvement actions, and key issues with relevant teams and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience within a quality, manufacturing, or production-focused environment.
  • A good understanding of quality processes, standards, specifications, and controls.
  • Experience contributing to audits, investigations, and improvement projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with the confidence to identify issues and support effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, engage, and support colleagues at all levels.
  • Comfortable reviewing quality information and using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • A strong eye for detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
  • Ability to prioritise workloads effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence to challenge existing ways of working and encourage better practices.
