A leading food manufacturing business in Lanarkshire is seeking a Production Manager to support and develop frontline teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a background in FMCG who thrives on coaching others and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored development plans for team members
- Coach front-line staff to build problem-solving capabilities and improve team ownership
