We are currently working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded legal firm with a solid reputation for residential property as they look to expand their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and supportive conveyancing department with a strong pipeline of work.
You will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion, including:
- Sales and purchases
- Transfers of title
- Remortgages
- New build transactions
You will be working closely with experienced colleagues in a collaborative environment, offering excellent exposure and the chance to further develop your technical skills.
Applicants will ideally be around 1-4 years post qualified and must have residential conveyancing experience gained within private practice. Applicants must be admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland and hold a current and unrestricted practising certificate.
