Are you who we’re looking for?

  • You’re a time-served Electrical Engineer or hold an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing environment, ideally in automotive, aerospace, or other precision engineering sectors.
  • Strong fault-finding skills on electrical systems, control panels, motors, drives, sensors, and PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.).
  • Multi-skilled or some mechanical knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
  • Experience working with automated and CNC machinery is advantageous.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a strong commitment to minimising downtime and improving plant reliability.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Committed to working safely and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
