About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering timely and accurate management accounts and supporting wider business decisionâmaking. This is an ideal position for someone with solid accounts preparation experience who's keen to broaden their skill set in industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assisting with budgets, forecasts, and cashâflow reporting
- Supporting yearâend processes and external audits
- Providing insights to stakeholders across the business
- Adâhoc projects to improve processes and systems
About You
- Newly qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent
- Practice background with strong accounts preparation experience
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, with great communication and problemâsolving skills
