Our client, a multi-disciplinary financial consultancy, is seeking a motivated and adaptable solicitor to join its in-house Legal & Risk function. As part of the existing legal team you will:

  • Draft and negotiate a range of commercial agreements
  • Advise stakeholders on legal and risk issues
  • Support disputes, complaints, and litigation
  • Contribute to regulatory and insurance matters

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a broad, high-impact role spanning commercial contracts, disputes, claims, and regulatory matters, with exposure across a fast-paced and dynamic business. Applicants will ideally be at least 3 years PQE, although there is flexibility around this and will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Commercial contracts
  • Disputes or litigation
  • Regulatory or investigations work
  • Insurance / professional indemnity

Salary will be dependant on experience and there is a good benefits package. This is an excellent opportunity to build a well-rounded in-house career. Applicants must have UK experience, be qualified as a Solicitor in the UK and hold a current and unrestricted practising certificate, preferably in Scotland.
