HRC Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll join a highly experienced team of specialist recruiters, known for their deep market knowledge in healthcare and hospitality.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and client meetings.
  • Leveraging relationships with existing clients to secure new job openings and expand revenue streams.
  • Building strong relationships by managing client requests and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other recruiting tools, ensuring strong candidate pipelines.
  • Maintaining and updating a large candidate database.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to both clients and candidates.
  • Conducting in-depth research into client companies, their competitors, and industry trends to better understand recruitment needs and hiring challenges.
  • Staying informed on evolving market conditions that impact recruitment, including technological advancements, economic factors, and regulatory changes.
  • Achieving, tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as placements, interview-to-hire ratios, and candidate retention rates.
  • Undertake additional ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Ideally, you’ll have experience recruiting for the healthcare market or an equally high-volume temp desk.
  • A proactive, target-driven individual with a strong sales mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
