Are you qualifying as a solicitor in Scotland in 2026? Are you looking to qualify into litigation? If so, this role could be worth considering. Our client is recruiting for an NQ to join their highly regarded dispute resolution team. The successful applicant can expect exposure to a wide range of disputes covering commercial, property and employment.
Applicants must have at least six months litigation experience gained during their traineeship and be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in pursuing their PQ career in this sector. The firm offers a competitive NQ salary, industry standard benefits package and home/office hybrid working.
Applicants must be training as a Solicitor in Scotland within private practice, be due to qualify and be admitted in Scotland in 2026, and have commercial litigation or dispute resolution experience gained during their traineeship.
