What does the day to day look like?
- Support the business to develop and maintain an effective oversight framework for all IT & Strategic Development activity, including interactions via our telephony, written, email and digital channels.
- Work with IT/SD to review data to ensure that processes support good customer outcomes and that any potential for poor outcomes is identified and remediated.
- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the motor finance industry, SMF products, processes, procedures and SMF scorecard updates.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, processes & procedures, referencing Consumer Duty, CONC, TCF Principles & GDPR.
What shifts would I be working? 35 hrs Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
