We are working with a well-known and established business based in Glasgow City Centre to secure a new HR Support Assistant on an initial 9-12 month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to join an established high-performing team. Ideally, you will have HR experience at a similar level, be a confident communicator and be able to handle challenging situations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a national business, based in their office in Glasgow City Centre. You will provide proactive and professional HR support to HR Business Partner teams, helping deliver the people plan and day-to-day HR services across the organisation. This role is essential to our operational excellence and our strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional HR support to HR Business Partner teams and operational leaders.
- Manage the departmental HR inbox, responding to generalist HR queries or escalating where appropriate.
- Support with administrative and operational HR activity, including note taking at HR meetings.
- Assist with Talent Management, Workforce Planning, Succession Planning and Performance processes.
- Support organisational change programmes from development through to implementation.
- Provide project management support, tracking and communicating progress against timelines.
- Conduct research, analysis and reporting to support HR initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR support and processes.
- Maintain up-to-date HR knowledge to contribute to operational and strategic initiatives.
- Take ownership for delivery of assigned work across HR programmes and projects.
