Our client, a highly regarded boutique litigation firm, is looking to recruit a talented & driven dispute resolution solicitor to join their busy team. You will manage a varied and stimulating caseload, including:
- Unpaid debts and recovery actions
- Contractual disputes and general property-related litigation
- Intellectual property disputes
- Director, shareholder and partnership disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Insolvency-related claims
- Financial and property issues arising from the breakdown of personal relationships, including marriage and cohabitation
This role offers the chance to work directly with clients, develop advocacy skills, and contribute to strategic decision‑making in complex disputes. Applicants will be around 2 years post qualified and must have litigation/contentious experience to date, preferably on the commercial side. Applicants must be admitted as a Solicitor in Scotland and hold a current and unrestricted practising certificate. You will be motivated, commercially aware, and ready to build lasting client relationships. You can expect to join a supportive, collaborative team environment and gain exposure to a broad mix of interesting and challenging work. There are opportunities for progression and continued professional development. Salary will be dependant on experience.
