What you'll be doing...

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
  • Following menu guidelines and recipes accurately
  • Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
  • Managing your own station and assisting the wider team when needed
  • Maintaining stock levels and helping with prep work
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver efficient service
  • Keeping calm and organised during busy service periods

  • Previous experience working as a Chef (Chef de Partie, Sous, or similar)
