The Role

We are currently seeking a German-speaking Complaints Handler to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will manage and resolve customer complaints from German-speaking markets, ensuring all cases are handled fairly, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and company standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused professional with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in German and English, via phone, email, and written correspondence.
