Finance Business Partner
Are you a commercially savvy finance professional looking to make a real impact in a dynamic and supportive team? We’re hiring a Finance Business Partner to join a well-established organisation in Glasgow on a 12-month contract — with hybrid working and great exposure across the business .

The Role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as the bridge between Finance and key operational areas. You’ll provide insightful analysis, challenge assumptions, and support decision-making to drive performance and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Preparing forecasts, budgets, and financial models
- Delivering meaningful financial insight and commercial analysis
- Supporting strategic initiatives and business case evaluations
- Identifying risks and opportunities and influencing outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- A qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering or similar commercial finance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and collaborative mindset
