What does a typical day-to-day look like?

  • Processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records

  • Posting invoices to the accounting system
  • Performing bank reconciliations
  • Supporting month-end processes and financial reporting

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in a finance or accounts assistant role (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
