This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior Family Law specialist looking to take on a strategic leadership role within an established and successful department. The successful candidate will inherit a strong and varied caseload, lead an existing team, and play a key role in shaping the future direction, growth, and development of the Family Law offering. The role will involve: Managing and developing an established team of family law professionals. Handling a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, financial provision, child law, cohabitation disputes, and separation agreements. Providing leadership and support to team members while maintaining high standards of client service. Building and strengthening relationships with existing clients and professional contacts. Contributing to business development activities and identifying opportunities for departmental growth. Driving the strategic direction and long-term success of the Family Law department. The ideal candidate will: Be a qualified Scottish Solicitor with significant Family Law experience. Have a strong technical background and experience handling complex family law matters. Demonstrate proven leadership and team management capabilities. Possess excellent client relationship and business development skills. Be commercially minded with a genuine interest in growing and developing a department.
