My client is seeking a talented Dialler Specialist to drive excellence in contact strategy across multiple communication channels. You’ll be at the heart of campaign delivery—working collaboratively across departments to enhance dialler performance, support customers, and increase operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement and manage outbound campaigns across SMS, email and voice to support customer self-cure and inbound contact.
- Develop IVR strategies and manage dynamic call routing to align inbound contact with agent skill sets.
- Collaborate with Risk Analytics and Business Intelligence to shape data-driven contact strategies.
- Maintain and roll out analyst apps, scripts, and outcome tracking.
- Engage with Compliance to ensure full adherence across all communication channels.
- Produce custom analysis and reporting to monitor and optimise dialler efficiency.
- Partner with IT and third-party providers to deliver new strategy and technology solutions.
- Ensure alignment with OFCOM and FCA regulatory requirements.
Experience
- Experience with contact centre dialler platforms, ideally Mitel and Noetica or similar.
- Background in managing multichannel campaigns within fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with OFCOM and FCA guidelines.
- Problem-solving aptitude and confident data interpretation.
- Strong presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Technical understanding of Microsoft T-SQL and high PC literacy.
