What you'll be doing...
- Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
- Following menu guidelines and recipes accurately
- Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times
- Managing your own station and assisting the wider team when needed
- Maintaining stock levels and helping with prep work
- Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver efficient service
- Keeping calm and organised during busy service periods
