Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
We're recruiting for an exciting opportunity at a well-established, high-profile hospitality & leisure venue in Scotland. This is a permanent, live-in position - ideal for a strong hospitality professional looking to step up in a busy, multi-outlet operation.
You'll work closely with senior management to support day-to-day F&B operations across restaurant and bar environments, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising restaurant & bar operations
- Leading, motivating & developing Front of House teams
- Supporting training, coaching & performance standards
- Assisting with stock control, ordering & stock rotation
- Handling guest feedback & resolving issues professionally
- Supporting cash handling, briefings & end-of-day procedures
- Maintaining excellent standards of service, presentation & cleanliness
Package includes:
- up to £28,000 basic salary
- Approx. £4,000 annual tronc (c.£32,000 OTE)
