Key Responsibilities: Oversee the precise execution of monthly payroll, guaranteeing adherence to legal requirements and timely completion. Handle year-end submissions, such as Form 42, PSA, P11Ds, P60s, and all other mandatory reports. Lead, inspire, and nurture a high-performing payroll team, promoting strong collaboration between payroll and HR.
