Kilmarnock £25,000 plus monthly bonus. Fantastic opportunity to join one of the UKs largest buyers and collectors of unpaid loans and other forms of credit. As a Voice Collections agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to help customers become debt-free. Youll receive best-in-class training to provide you with the skills required to perform successfully in your role. Once trained, you will work within a Voice team and become a valued member of our wider Collections team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop a long-term career with a multi-national company based in our award-winning and low carbon HALO Kilmarnock site.

Salary: £25,000pa and opportunity to earn up to £300 bonus per month. Hybrid working: 3 days in our Kilmarnock office and 2 days working at home (after 3 months). 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Thu Shifts across 8am - 8pm, Fri 9am - 5pm & 1 in 3 Sat 8am - 2pm). 28 days holidays (increasing to 31 days after 5 years).
