This role is 70% inbound leads and 30% outbound generation, speaking with potential customers who are looking to invest in development through the CIPD qualification. Your role is to speak with potential customers, explain the services and support available via HRC Online, and determine which package would best help them reach their study goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential customers (B2B & B2C)
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue for the company.
- Conducting market research and staying up-to-date on industry trends to identify new sales opportunities.
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and keeping accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Continuously developing knowledge and skills related to sales.
What you need:
- Experience in B2B and B2C sales.
- Inbound and Outbound sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM software.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
