Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Appian Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through the successful implementation of Appian-based solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic consulting skills, and leadership abilities to ensure that projects are delivered with excellence and align with clients\' business objectives.
You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance, designing solutions, mentoring teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the client’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design: Lead the design of Appian applications by understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into scalable and efficient solutions.
Consulting: Provide strategic recommendations and roadmaps to maximize the value of Appian investments.
Leadership: Mentor junior developers and consultants, ensuring alignment with best practices and fostering team growth.
Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of end-to-end Appian implementations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and value-driven insights.
Innovation: Stay abreast of new Appian features and industry trends, incorporating them into solutions to enhance client outcomes.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to align solutions with client objectives.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor\'s degree in mathematics, computer science, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology delivery, business analytics, or consulting, with at least 2 years in a lead or client-facing role.
Consulting Skills: Proven ability to work with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage expectations effectively.
Leadership: Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading teams in technical environments.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions.
