HRA Recruitment is looking for a proactive, people focused On-Site Account Manager to join our team and enhance workforce management and client service. This full-time position is based directly at one of our key client sites, where you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless recruitment operations and a positive experience for both candidates and the client.
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across the client site.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary and permanent roles, ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Providing on-site support to candidates and the temporary workforce, including onboarding, inductions, check-ins, and performance monitoring.
- Forecasting staffing needs and proactively planning resource levels in line with client demands.
- Delivering weekly reporting, KPIs, and insights to both the client and internal teams.
- Resolving issues quickly and professionally while promoting a positive workplace environment.
- Collaborating with HRA Recruitment’s internal teams to optimise processes and service delivery.
