As our team grows, we are seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join our team of HR professionals in a client-facing role, providing expert guidance on complex employee relations cases. The role involves building strong relationships and delivering value-added support across a broad spectrum of HR issues.
What we need you to bring to the team:
- Expert HR advice and support on complex employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinaries, appeals and performance management.
- The ability to develop strong client relationships through in-person visits as well as remote support, understanding their needs and delivering HR advice as well as delivering training to clients around new legislations.
- A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices, whilst staying ahead of current legislation to keep us compliant and competitive.
- Contribute to the wider team with internal knowledge sharing and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate.
- The desire to grow and develop within the team in the medium term. You will be looking for a role which offers you personal and professional development in your career.
