What you will do:
- Become an integral part of the hotels People & Culture team, supporting with the on-boarding of new team members.
- Acting as the first point of contact to acknowledge & assist team members.
- Coordination of the full team member lifecycle including onboarding & termination paperwork.
- Implement activities on the Engagement calendar, making necessary arrangements in order to ensure all activities are completed in line with COMO’s vision; passion, creativity and style.
- Ensures all activities are compliant with UK legislation, and COMO Hotels policies & procedures.
- Deliver Bi-weekly induction programme to new team member.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and key HR reports.
- Support line managers with employee relations matter such as investigations, disciplinaries & grievances.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and team members for day to day HR related matters.
Who you are:
- Previous experience in an administration & Employee Relations and a keen interest in pursuing a career within People & Culture (HR).
- Demonstrates flexibility due to the fast paced nature of the role.
- Shares our values of Passion, Creativity & Style.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt when necessary.
- Proactive approach with a self-driven attitude.
- Ability to remain professional & handle confidential information sensitively.
- Willingness to grow within Human Resources.
