Como London is looking for an HR & Payroll coordinator to assist the People & Culture team with onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, maintaining HR records, and ensuring compliance with the company policies. This dual role combines responsibilities in both Human Resources and Payroll.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the first point of contact for team members, providing day‑to‑day support
- Deliver HR services across three properties
- Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and leavers, via Fourth Hospitality
- Support employee engagement initiatives, social events, and new hire orientations
- Ensure HR practices comply with UK employment legislation and company policies
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and key HR reports
- Support employee relations processes, including note‑taking and advisory assistance
- Create engaging internal communications and keep notice boards and updates current
