We're seeking a Senior Creative Designer with 10 years or above of experience who can conceptualize, design, and deliver stunning multimedia content that inspires, engages, and excites. From digital ads and social campaigns to video edits, animations, and brand visuals you'll shape how millions of users experience our brand online and offline. What You'll Be Doing
- Develop visually striking multimedia assets across digital, social, video, and offline campaigns
- Create engaging motion graphics, video edits, and animation content
- Design creative assets for marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, app, website, retail)
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life
- Elevate and protect Idealzs brand identity across all touchpoints
- Analyze creative performance and optimize content for engagement and conversion
- Stay up to date with creative trends, technologies, and best practices
Qualifications/Skills You'll Need
- 7-10 years of experience in multimedia design, creative direction, or related roles
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong skills in motion graphics, animation, and video editing
- Creative flair with an eye for detail and visual storytelling
- Ability to translate marketing and product objectives into engaging visual campaigns
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fastāpaced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Media, Fine Arts, or a related field
