Overview: The company is a multinational Sweden SAAS product-based firm.

Job Description: Experienced Loan IQ BA able to undertake detailed analysis (i.e. not a Project Manager). Experience in writing requirements and acceptance criteria (Confluence and JIRA use desired). Ability to self-organize and lead analysis sessions with multiple stakeholders to take topics from analysis, design through to scripting and execution. Able to troubleshoot/triage during testing. Articulate - both verbal and written. Preferred location is either Radbroke, Northampton or Glasgow. Minimum 5+ years in Loan IQ Business Analyst. 5+ years of relative experience in Loan IQ is must. Candidate should be working in LIQ currently.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Domain Expertise: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Commercial Loans domain. Strong working knowledge of Loan IQ (minimum of 5 years experience preferred).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to perform detailed business and system analysis. Capable of independently leading analysis sessions with multiple stakeholders. Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.
  • Documentation & Tools: Skilled in writing clear and comprehensive business requirements and acceptance criteria. Proficient in using Confluence and JIRA for documentation and workflow management.
  • Testing & Troubleshooting: Involved in the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including scripting, execution, and defect triage. Able to troubleshoot and perform issue analysis during system and user acceptance testing phases.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to articulate complex issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
