We’re looking for an experienced and creative marketing leader to join our team as Head of Marketing and Communications. In this pivotal role you will shape and deliver our global marketing and communications strategy, strengthening brand visibility, reputation, and engagement across diverse sectors.
Based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, with an option for hybrid working, you will lead an established team and oversee all aspects of marketing and communications, including:
- Brand management
- Digital strategy
- Content creation
- Media relations
- Internal communications
You will manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring our campaigns and initiatives deliver measurable impact and align with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities- Development and hands-on delivery of integrated marketing and communications strategies
- Leadership of brand management and digital marketing initiatives
- Oversight of content strategy and storytelling across multiple channels
- Management of internal communications to support organisational culture and change
- Media relations and reputation management, including crisis communications
- Support for product marketing and external engagement activities
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent senior-level experience
- Proven track record in leading marketing and communications strategies at a senior level
- Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and content strategy
- Strong experience in media relations and reputation management
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
- Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-effective campaigns
You will be a strategic and collaborative thinker with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands. Creativity, adaptability, and strong stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication.

Compensation and benefitsSalary from £55,000 - £70,000 dependant on experience. We understand the importance of a healthy work-life balance and offer both hybrid working and flexi-time. We are also open to exploring other flexible working arrangements, including part-time.
