We have an opportunity for a Business Support Apprentice Administrator to join our Operations Management team. Your primary focus will be to provide assistance to the business and project support teams with administrative support to our consultancy divisions, technical teams and the wider company as required. You will do this by supporting our office admin processes and procedures in a flexible and efficient manner along with reception duties and other aspects of business administration as required. Whilst undertaking this role you will complete a Business and Administration Apprenticeship.

Key qualifications and skills

  • Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) level
  • Experience of working as part of a team
  • Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Business Administration qualification
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships with a diverse range of people at all levels of an organisation
  • Resilient, highly motivated, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • High levels of professional pride and attention to detail
  • Enjoys the routine of a process driven environment; willingness to make a contribution in a small team
  • Experience of using MS Office packages and IT systems
