West Midlands Safari Park is seeking a Guest Services Host - Nights to deliver outstanding on-site guest service. You will liaise with guests through reception and admin tasks, assist with luggage, food and guest transfers, and support other guest requests.
This role requires flexible continental night shifts including weekends and bank holidays. You should be a people person with strong communication and organisational skills, able to use technology to enhance the guest experience.
