West Midlands Safari Park is recruiting for the position of Venues Assistant to work across our onsite venues – the prestigious Spring Grove House, impressive Treetops Pavilion and unique Cellarz.
Responsibilities:
- This role covers a wide range of tasks including receiving guests, set up and breakdown of all events, table service, setting out table plans, dance floor assembly, cutlery, crockery, linen preparation and layout.
- As a Venues Assistant you will, at all times, help to ensure that our guests’ expectations are met or exceeded, creating a memorable experience.
Qualifications:
- Can-do attitude.
- Team player, working well with others.
- Professional attitude, delivering outstanding customer service.
- Flexible approach to work outside standard business hours, including weekends, evenings, late nights and bank holidays.
