The Technical Operations Co‑ordinator will serve as the central hub for the park’s Engineering, Maintenance, Grounds, Gardens and Facilities teams, ensuring the smooth, safe and efficient operation of all services. The role involves high‑level coordination, compliance oversight and maintaining effective information flow across departments.
Responsibilities- Coordinate activities and schedules for Engineering, Maintenance, Grounds, Gardens and Facilities teams.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Provide real‑time updates and information to management.
- Maintain accurate digital records using Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SharePoint and the park’s digital record‑keeping system.
- Adapt to flexible working hours, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
- Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or an equivalent operational/management qualification.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
- Experience in operational coordination, scheduling or workflow management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
