A permanent opportunity is available for an Information Security Specialist to join an amazing Investment Management Company located in Central London. This role will be part of the IAM team within the Information Security department and reports to the IAM Operations Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and escalate requests with high-risk potential for further review.

Troubleshoot access-related issues in collaboration with the Technology and Information Security teams.

Work with the IAM team to create more efficient methods for processing recurring access requests by utilising system integrations for both on-premise and cloud applications.

Coordinate with other Information Security and Technology teams to ensure timely fulfillment of access requests.

Handle both simple and complex staffing events and data or application access requests through the use of Identity Management applications such as SailPoint, Active Directory, Okta, PowerShell, and others.

Manage access provisioning and tracking for on-premise, cloud, and hybrid systems, enabling business, technology, and development teams.

Collaborate with Technology and Business Units to develop scalable solutions for new and unique processes, ensuring risk management remains a priority.
Skills and Experience

A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in operational information security specifically in identity management or access management.

Technical experience in Active Directory, PowerShell, Group Policy management, and identity access systems.

Must be able to collaborate effectively with both co-located and remote team members across global locations.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrating risk assessment and mitigation skills within IT or information security.
