HR Support are excited to be working with a dynamic and forward-thinking mid-sized International Law Firm to find an ambitious HR Advisor to step up into a Senior HR Advisor role with the opportunity to line manage a team as well as getting involved in the strategic side of HR Business Partnering, supporting a Senior HRBP.

The firm has an enviable reputation as a great place to work, with a fantastic collegiate environment, a friendly and welcoming HR team, and hybrid working (3 days in the office).

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, CIPD qualified HR Advisor (at least 5 years’ experience in HR, and at least 3 years at Advisor level) looking for a new challenge with line manager responsibility, scope, and lots of engagement with the stakeholders.

Working closely with the Senior HRBP and the wider HR team, they are looking for someone to take ownership for HR matters such as ER, coaching, advisory and general HR support for the solicitors, as well as managing the workloads and mentoring the HR Assistants and junior HR Advisors in the team.

Ideal candidates will have solid HR generalist experience, the knowledge and confidence to work on ER cases, and at least some experience of managing/mentoring more junior HR team members. Ideal candidates will have gained this experience within a commercial law firm.
