Our client is an award-winning, dynamic London law firm with an amazing reputation for both their legal work and their culture. They are looking to strengthen and expand their HR team and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HRBP to join them and look after one of their most prestigious fee-earning divisions. This is a permanent role (hybrid working), but they are keen for someone to start ASAP.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Manager or HRBP looking for a new challenge, who would thrive in a HR team that is a key part of the business and truly valued.
- You will play an active role in all ER matters as well as strategic planning, working closely with senior stakeholders, directors, and other key personnel.
- Take ownership and lead on strategic projects and initiatives across the business unit.
- Lead on ER cases, planning, and prevention strategies.
- Actively review and revise their ER policies and procedures.
- Advise stakeholders on everything from resourcing strategies and plans to internal succession planning.
- Be a subject matter expert for HR policy guidance to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support and contribute to the development of the wider HR strategy.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to help drive collaboration and improvements.
- Examine, evaluate, and utilise data insights to identify human capital priorities and address potential future needs.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to line managers so that they have the appropriate skills toolkit to manage their reports.
- Work with the Reward Manager to complete the annual salary review process.
What they are looking for is an experienced HR Manager or HRBP, ideally from another law firm or similar professional services company who wants to be part of a small, but growing team. Ideal candidates will be immediately available or on no more than a month's notice. A strong, demonstrable background leading on complex ER matters is essential.
