The Law Support Group is delighted to partner with a well-respected mid-sized global professional services firm to find an L&D Advisor to join their growing team. The firm operates a hybrid working policy, 3 days in the office, in stunning offices in the heart of the City.
This busy role supports the Learning & Development Manager and works alongside a Coordinator to manage, coordinate and deliver regular and bespoke training to lawyers and business support staff across EMEA.
Experience working within a law firm or other professional services is essential, as is hands-on experience delivering training to stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for developing, reviewing, and delivering a range of programmes across the board.
- Maintain, review and deliver career development training programmes for professional staff and senior business support staff.
- Research, source, and manage external suppliers – reviewing as necessary based on feedback and success metrics.
- Review and assess programme outcomes, and modify resources as necessary.
- Work with the Graduate Development team to assist on all aspects of trainee development.
- Support the firm's coaching and mentoring programmes.
- Support the management and development of the LMS.
